Pasabagi (Monk's Valley) is the most striking fairy chimneys in Cappadocia with its twin and even triple rock caps and has a chapel that is dedicated to St. Simeon,
Avanos (Pottery Center) that is city of clothing, fruits and vegetables and more. The City has Kizilirmak ( The Red River) passing in the middle of city center and also famous for its Pottery Workplaces.
Goreme Open Air Museum that has monestires made side-by-side and  each one of them with its own unique church. Easy to reach and get the feeling of that times air. 
Esentepe is a hill that will provide you to see an amazing landscape that is a must-seen. 
Uchisar Castle that is located at the highest place of Cappadocia and famous with its carved rooms that are connected each other with secret passages.

Derinkuyu = is underground city that is the deepest among 36 other underground cities. Besides that it is the deepest, the city has 600 hundred doors and more than 15.000 ventilation ducts with its extensive networks of passages, tunnels, stepped pits and inclined corridors.

Belisirma = that hosts very important historical architectures, is one of the most visited region of amazingly land shaped Cappadocia.

Ihlara Valley = is a canyon that has approximately 100m depth. It was formed by the Melendiz River thousands of years ago.with its 14 km. area, the canyon has 4 different gate to enter. 

Selime = At the end of the Ihlara, there is Selime Monastery that is perfectly shaped and many leading clergymen were educated in here. The Monastery is the biggest religious building in the region with its church.
