What Star Rating Are Your Hotels ?
We provide minimum Standard category hotels which mean 3 star hotels, superior or First class of hotels are 4 star or equivalent and deluxe hotels which are 5 star or 5 star deluxe hotels. At few places, deluxe or first class hotels are not there and in such case, we shall provide best available hotels which may not confirm to deluxe or first class category. We also include heritage / palace and charming boutique hotels in our packages and can send you special cost for tours with hotels as per your choice.
What Kind of Cars Do You Provide on Your All Inclusive Tours ?
We normally provide air-conditioned Fiat Linea in case of 2-3 persons, Mercedes Vito in case of 4-6 persons, Mini Coach for 7 – 15 persons and Large coaches for larger groups. How much baggage can I take?
For most of our packages, one checked suitcase per passenger is permitted, usually limited to 15 kg, and carry-on luggage is limited to one piece per person, which must fit in overhead bins or under seat. Airlines used on some packages have more stringent baggage allowance restrictions
What Is the Best Time to Visit Turkey ?
It depends on which part of Turkey if you wish to visit. In case you are interested in visiting Kusadasi or other parts of Antalya then summer season is the best time. If you want to visit Cappadocia, other parts of East Turkey winter season ( October till March ) is ideal period. Istanbul best time April - May and September - October
How do you send out travel documentation?
All documentation is sent electronically by email. Shortly after we receive your payment we will send you your initial documents. Final documentation will be sent by email no later than two weeks prior to the departure.

The best way to travel within Turkey is to travel by road as this offers you an opportunity to have a glimpse of real TURKEY as you can visit en-route villages and small forts at your own pace which is not possible by air or by train. Is availability guaranteed when I book online ?
The availability listed on our website is updated every minute however on some tours we must confirm arrangements with our people on the ground, a process which usually takes no more than 24 hours. When you book online you will receive a follow-up email confirming your arrangements or a timeframe for when they will be confirmed. We strongly recommend that you do not make any other non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive confirmation that your space has been held.
Can I join a tour late or leave it early ?

If they confirm you on it you can Book the Tour using the same amount later on prior the amount for any Tour selected by you is the same amount. If the amount is higher than the amount paid by you then you may need to pay the difference amount to avail your Booking.
Is it possible if by any chance ı want to change Travel Date after making the Booking Online ?
